 CUSTOM MANUFACTURING OF STEMS When a DSO customer requested a certain stem that was not part of our product line, within 5 weeks we were able to develop a mold and manufacture the stem. Because of this custom manufacturing we were able to meet the scheduled maintenance shutdown of our customers end-user. |

Warranty
Information DSO Fluid Handling Co., Inc. warrants new parts manufactured by us to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year after shipment from the factory. For breach of warranty of any kind, the measure of damages to be recoverable, from DSO Fluid Handling Co., Inc. shall be limited to repair or replacement of the part or equipment which examination discloses to the satisfaction of the Seller to be defective, or the payment of the price of making such repair or replacement, at the option of the seller. |
