DSO Fluid Handling Co., Inc. warrants new parts
manufactured by us to be free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use and service for a
period of one (1) year after shipment from the factory.
For breach of warranty of any kind, the measure of
damages to be recoverable, from DSO Fluid Handling
Co., Inc. shall be limited to repair or replacement of
the part or equipment which examination discloses to
the satisfaction of the Seller to be defective, or the
payment of the price of making such repair or
replacement, at the option of the seller. This warranty
is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or
implied, and all other obligations and liabilities on our
part. Any warranty of merchantability is expressly
excluded. We neither assume nor authorize any other
persons to assume for us any liability in connection
with the sale of our products, and no other warranty

When a DSO customer requested a certain stem that was not part of our product line, within 5 weeks we were able to develop a mold and manufacture the stem. Because of this custom manufacturing we were able to meet the scheduled maintenance shutdown of our customers end-user.

DSO redesigned the OEM 5 lobe rotors so that
all of our new rotors are manufactured with a
stainless steel core and the lobes under the
rubber surface are either stainless steel or
aluminum. By using stainless steel or
aluminum under the rubber we eliminate the
chance of the rotor cracking from the core. |

with the best tools possible to offer our valued
customers exemplary service. To accomplish
this, we ignore “just-in-time” inventory
concepts, and maintain abundant levels of

This warranty shall not apply to any product of ours which has been repaired or altered outside our factory, or which in our opinion, has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident. Seller will not assume any charges for repairs made during warranty by anyone other than Seller. Also Seller assumes no liability or responsibility for transportation, to and from repair point, nor any loss of time due to repair. This warranty does not cover components of other manufacturers beyond such warranty as is made by such manufacturer. Any such action of breach of warranty shall be commenced within one (1) year of said breach or be forever barred. |

DSO genuine parts and products meet the stringent
requirements of the FDA. DSO elastomers
conform to the U.S. Code of Regulations 21,
Part 177.2600 (“Rubber Articles Intended for
Repeated Use”) and DSO parts are manufactured
to meet 3A standards. In addition, DSO’s line
of sanitary pipeline gaskets are certified to
meet the criteria of the FDA, 3-A Sanitary
Standards, and USP class VI for pharmaceuticals. |
