STEMS
New elastomer Valve Stems are machined in 316L stainless steel and are molded in Buna, EPDM or Fluoroelastomer (SFY) materials. “TR” (Teflon®) Stems and Stainless Throttling Stems are stocked and available for quick shipment.
DSO offers a Stem exchange program which saves our customers significant amounts of money. Additional savings can be achieved by purchasing DSO stems reconditioned.
DSO Stem Seats are manufactured with TFM 1600 PTFE. In additon blue PFTE Seats are available, which will enhance your HACCP monitoring capabilities because of its high visibility. For demanding applications, DSO can manufacture Stem Seats made of PEEK material. PEEK’s ability to withstand extreme pressures and continuous temperatures of up to 500°F (260°C) make it an excellent option for demanding applications.
DSO offer Balls for Ball Check Valves. New Balls are available in Buna, EPDM, Fluoroelastomers (SFY) and Nylon materials. All of DSO’s rubber coated Check Balls are manufactured using a stainless steel insert. The stainless steel core ensures ball rigidity and strength.
Valve body gaskets from DSO are available in all rubber and rubber bonded to stainless steel. Both styles are available in Buna, EPDM and Flouroelastomer (SFY) materials.
To complete our line of valve replacement parts, DSO stocks O-Ring, Seals, Springs and other parts for quick shipment spares. These added products enable our customers to use DSO as a one-stop-shop for all of their valve part needs.
VALVE KITS
To ensure that all the required wearable parts such as Seals and O-Rings etc are replaced during PM's, DSO offers Valve kits that contain all the parts required to enable proper sealing and reassembly of the valves. All Kits are available with the same component combinations as offered by the OEM.
DSO elastomers conform to the U.S. Code of Regulations 21, Part 177.2600. DSO parts are manufactured to meet the FDA, 3-A Sanitary Standards, and USP class VI for pharmaceuticals.
